In March of yearly third, 4th, and 5th graders gather at a museum, park, university, or comparable venue in Orange County, California to find out about water. Once I consider public education, I consider the tax dollars that fund that education after which back in time to Napoleon who first had the idea of public education that carried over into many alternative societies.
